Many of you must be working/searching on Arduino home automation projects. Here's a new accessory for your Arduino-Uno to boost your home automation experience.
The new Home Automation board which is compatible with Arduino-Uno and requires no other power supply as the power source is soldered on the board itself.
This new Home Automation board can be supplied directly from electrical grid! It works with voltages between 100 to 240 V AC and 50 or 60 Hz and hence it is usable anywhere around the world.
This Home Automation board contains four relays to trigger electronics home appliances like electronic locks, fan, lamp, etc. There are pins for connecting motion, temperature, humidity sensors that can be digital or analogue, including 5 Volts and GND. Since this board is Arduino-compatible, standard shields can also be connected to the board to get internet access. Also it is possible to make an RS-485 connection through the Automation Board, that allows applications in industrial automation systems or in some places that has electromagnetic interference.
