Here is Raspberry Pi's new achievement!
In a recent news it is revealed that Tim Peake, a British Astronaut will take two Raspberry Pis to the International Space Station as a part of a school coding competition which is organised by the European and UK space Agency.

In this competition school students will be asked to code and devise their own apps or experiment to run on a Raspberry Pi in space. And the best thing is, the competition will be judged by Tim Peake himself! He will put the winning entries to the test on the ISS. This Astro Pi competition will be open to all the primary and secondary school aged students who are UK residents. The competition will officially launch in January.

Universities, Science and Cities Minister Greg Clark said: “The Astro Pi competition is a fantastic opportunity for the students of Great Britain to get involved in a truly inspirational project. Through challenges like this, and initiatives like the Government’s YourLife campaign, we can illustrate the exciting careers open to those studying STEM subjects."
